Open to 1st and 2nd year students of Albert-Szent Györgyi Medical School, Faculties of Dentistry, Pharmacy or Science and Informatics (Students majoring in Biology, Molecular Bionics, Chemistry or Bioengineering) at the University of Szeged.

On June 28, 2025, at 10 am, the inaugural ceremony of the Doctor of Pharmacy degree of the Faculty of Pharmacy started at the József Attila Study and Information Centre of the University of Szeged.

The University of Szeged is again performing well in the QS British rankings by subject and field. Based on the results published on March 12, 2025, SZTE ranked first in Hungary in the field of pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences.

Executives of the Faculty of Pharmacy promoted pharmacy education and the faculty's preparatory course in Szeged in the Bilnet School Campuses in Türkiye.
