Immediately following the submission of the copies, the PhD/DLA student shall ensure that the thesis and the abstracts are uploaded into the University Library’s Repository of Dissertations. The assessment procedure shall begin only after the upload has completed. When the defence of the thesis is announced, the Doctoral School uploads the names of the thesis defence board members into the Repository. The names of the thesis defence board members shall be displayed on the invitation for public disputation.

After a successful thesis defense, the candidate shall upload the thesis and the abstracts into the MTMT database.
