The main profiles of the R&D&I works in the Dept. of Pharmaceutical Technology are following: i) development of new drug delivery systems, ii) development of nanoparticles as new potential drug carriers for controlled and targeted drug release, iii) design of different dosage forms for pre-clinical and clinical studies, iv) use of innovative technologies and pharmaceutical compositions, v) use of alternative sites of drug administration for systemic delivery (nasal, pulmonary, buccal and skin).
